Ghana's music lack connections and networking, Richie Mensah disclose a challenge from Ghana music industry.

 


Richie Mensah better known by his stage name Richie, is a Ghanaian singer-songwriter and record producer.

Richie has said, Ghana's music industry is blessed with talants but their problem has always been networking.

In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, the song writer also a producer indicated that he was not surprise that some of the upcoming artist are making it through because he know the talant that is in them.

"Ghana's challenge is that we lack connections, networking and the right people to take us there but is changing. Rigth now the world is watching us; there is no time to play", he added.

Early April, Lynx Entertainment launched it 15th anniversary at the office at Ablemkpe.

Through the launching of the record lable, Richie said "I always tell people that Lynx they see today was not the same 10 or 15 years ago when we started. It's been tough and there were times I asked myself on why I even got into this in the first place but here I am today celebrating a decade and half of my sweat".

He said this while given a piece of advice.

Rising fuel prices: things are expected to get worse by December-Duncan Amoah

  Duncan Amoah, Secretary-General of the House of Petroleum Consumers, said we failed to plan and prepare for the global oil crisis and it impact on Ghana's  economy, as the government is currently doing. President Akufo-Addo ends contract with Juliana Cudjoe.

  The appointment of Juliana Cudjoe as the President of Greater Accra School feeding Association has ended. This was done by President Akufo-Addo in a letter that Joy News saw. A letter dated June 17, 2022, signed by Regional Minister of Greater Accra, Henry Quartey, states: "Therefore, you will no longer be a member of the Accra Metropolis Parliament accordingly." However, the reason for the act was not specified in the letter. But recently, school lunch providers across the country have phased out tools.
