Asase FM, a radio station in Kpandai, Northern Region Got Burnt.

 

 

 

 


The unfortunate is said to have occurred Wednesday, July 5.

 

The fire destroyed office spaces and other parts of the facility.

 

Although it is unclear what caused the fire, some residents and eyewitness says it started from their transmission room and extended to other parts of the facility, adding that, foot marks are on the building indicating a deliberate and planned by some individuals.

 

Investigation in the cause of the fire has begun.

 

Photos emerging on Otixpres.com show that equipment in the studio have all been lost to the fire.

 

Last week, Mr Asase, the CEO of the station motorbike was stolen in his resident by some unknown persons as his Radio station was set by fire addi to his misfortunes.

Members of the Civil and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG) have called off their strike.

    The Civil and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG) has called off its strike on Thursday, 12 May, 2022. Members of CLOGSAG began an indefinite strike on Thursday, April 21 over the nonpayment of their neutrality allowance. Executive Secretary of CLOGSAG, Dr. Isaac Bampo-Addo,said it was noted that, payment of the Neutrality Allowance they demanded had not been effected as agreed in spite of official reminders and follow ups to the Ministry of Finance. Big trouble for the Ghanaian artist, Black Sheriff has been dragged to court by Shadrach Agyei Owusu.

 Black Sheriff, ''Kweku the traveller'' is dragged to Accra high court by his alleged former Manager, Shadrach Agyei Owusu. The former financier of Black Sheriff has sued the musician at Acrra high court for leaving him high and dry to sign a rocord label with another, which is Empire entertainment, without his approval. This allegation was made by one DJ slim who accused Kweku the traveller of being an ungrateful. According to him, Black Sheriff abounded a seven bedroom house, a car and other personal iterms his alleged manager made available for his personal use.  In document sighted by Myjoyonline.com, the suit was filed on Monday, which is on the 11th of April, 2022.  The court has given Black Sheriff eight days to respond to the suit.
