Sultan Declares New Date For Eid-El-Fitr Over ‘Delay’ In Moon Sighting

  The Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar, has declared Monday as the first day of Shawwal following the inability of the National Moon Sighting Committee to sight this year’s Shawwal moon. The Secretary of the National Moon Sighting Committee (NMSC), Mallam Yahaya Muhammad Boyi, made this known in a terse statement on Saturday night. He said, “The Sultanate Council Sokoto, has declared Monday 2/5/2022 as the first day of  Shuwal 1443 AH ”. With the fresh development, Ramadan fast may continue on Sunday in Saudi Arabia and some other countries across the world It would be recalled that the Director of Administration of the NSCIA, Arc. I heard Ghana is hard but i don't feel the hardship - Diana Asamoah.

 While people are complaining about hardship in the country, the Ghanaian gospel musician evangelist Diana Asamoah has admitted that the country is really hard but she is not feeling the hardship because she has God by her side. She has even said there will be more hardship ahead. Diana Asamoah said its part of the signs of Jesus' second coming.  She again stressed that, the bible has spoken about things like this in the past. Diana Asamoah said this in an interview with zionfelix when she was asked if she is also feeling the hardship in the country. She quoted Daniel 11:32 ''And such as do wickedly against the convenant shall he corrupt by flatteriers: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits''. Ghana's music lack connections and networking, Richie Mensah disclose a challenge from Ghana music industry.

  Richie Mensah  better known by his stage name  Richie , is a Ghanaian singer-songwriter and record producer. Richie has said, Ghana's music industry is blessed with talants but their problem has always been networking. In an interview with Graphic Showbiz, the song writer also a producer indicated that he was not surprise that some of the upcoming artist are making it through because he know the talant that is in them. "Ghana's challenge is that we lack connections, networking and the right people to take us there but is changing. Rigth now the world is watching us; there is no time to play", he added. Early April, Lynx Entertainment launched it 15th anniversary at the office at Ablemkpe. Through the launching of the record lable, Richie said "I always tell people that Lynx they see today was not the same 10 or 15 years ago when we started. Ghanaian dancehall artist, Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as SHATTA Wale has said that Ghanaians will suffer more than they are doing today if  the former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, should come back to power after 2024 elections. According to SHATTA Wale, John Dramani Mahama has come to understand the people of Ghana to the extend that, Ghanaians are not ready to change and learn. "Make Mahama come you go clap your hands. Mahama he read Ghana people, you go clap your hands cos we just no want learn. If Akufo-Addo says he no go see top anymore, the next person we have, that is how the country has been, if it's not Mahama it's Akufo-Addo. Ibi like Black Star and Brazil. Two physically challenge twins in Kata in the Volta region have received a fully furnished three bedroom house from Rebecca foundation.

  Rebecca foundation has donated a three bedroom house to Aram and Aarami who became paralised after taking an injunction on a disease that attacked them.  Life became tough for them in a family of six. There were no enough rooms to accommodate the entire family. Their story was aired on Tv3 which caught the attention of the Rebecca foundation. The foundation has built and furnished for them a three bedroom apartment which is disability friendly to make access to the apartment easier for them. This kind gesture happened in March 2022, and now Aram and Aarami have a place to call home.   The Director of Rebecca foundation Akosusa Newman said, touching   life's of the   vulnerable in the society is the source of pride to the foundation.  She again said, they have been building hospitals for communities but this particular project was aired on TV3 which touched the first lady and she came to their aid to render support through her foundation.  LGBT+ groups have been tagged not to raise their flags for their rights during Qatar world cup play 2022. Major General, abdulaziz Abdullah Al Ansari who happened to be the director of international cooperation and chairman of National counterterrorism committee at the Ministry of interior, has send a strong warning to the LGBT+ groups that try to raise or show their flags during the play of the tonament. They  would not be treated friendly he added. On a Twitter post that Abdulaziz Abdullah Al- Ansari said, "Qatar will not allow any support for homosexuality in the 2022 World cup. They will hold everyone accountable who will show support for homosexuality during the World cup". LGBT+ has been raising concerns since Qatar was awarded the right to host 2022 world cup in their country. Abdulaziz Abdullah, have refused the groups of homosexuals to show up their rights of raising the flags of LGBT+ since is not accepted in the Arabic countries, but have welcomed them to Qatar 20

Big trouble for the Ghanaian artist, Black Sheriff has been dragged to court by Shadrach Agyei Owusu.

 Black Sheriff, ''Kweku the traveller'' is dragged to Accra high court by his alleged former Manager, Shadrach Agyei Owusu. The former financier of Black Sheriff has sued the musician at Acrra high court for leaving him high and dry to sign a rocord label with another, which is Empire entertainment, without his approval. This allegation was made by one DJ slim who accused Kweku the traveller of being an ungrateful. According to him, Black Sheriff abounded a seven bedroom house, a car and other personal iterms his alleged manager made available for his personal use.  In document sighted by Myjoyonline.com, the suit was filed on Monday, which is on the 11th of April, 2022.  The court has given Black Sheriff eight days to respond to the suit. The alleged former Manager is seeking an injuction to be placed on Black Sheriff, restricting him from playing at any event untill the case has been resolved. the plaintiff is also asking for an order to be placed on the funds the sin
